DELIVERY

Delivery within the UK:

We aim to despatch all stock items within one working day of receiving your order and they should reach you within 3 working days. In the event of items being out of stock, we will advise you immediately. If you wish to pay by cheque (made payable to Walker & Gunn) please add up to an additional 5 working days for the cheque to clear.

We regret that due to fraudulent claims, Walker & Gunn deliver goods to billing addresses and work addresses only.

Postage & packaging cost within the UK:
All footwear orders have a fixed postage and packaging cost of £4-95, regardless of quantity purchased.
Shirts, ties, cufflinks and silk knots orders only are delivered at £2.95, regardless of quantity purchased.

All items are insured in transit.

Delivery within the European Union (EU):

We aim to despatch all stock items within two working days of receiving your order and they should reach you within 5 working days. Please be aware that all £ Sterling orders sent with the EU are subject to VAT (value added tax).

Postage & packaging cost:
All footwear orders have a fixed postage and packaging cost of £7-95, regardless of quantity purchased.
Shirts, ties, cufflinks and silk knots orders only are delivered at £4.95, regardless of quantity purchased.

Non-European Union (Non-EU) delivery:

We aim to despatch all stock items within three working days of receiving your order and they should reach you within 10 working days. WALKER & GUNN will not be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.

All footwear orders have a fixed postage and packaging cost of £12-95, regardless of quantity purchased.
Shirts, ties, cufflinks and silk knots orders only are delivered at £6.95, regardless of quantity purchased.

SHIRT SIZES

All WALKER & GUNN shirts are of a generous classic cut for maximum comfort during wear.

Collar size:
If you are unsure of your collar size, you can use a tape measure to measure your neck, putting two fingers inside the tape to ensure a degree of comfort. We would suggest that you use your collar size as the main criterion for shirt size choice. If you are at all unsure of your collar size, we recommend you choose the next size up.

Sleeve length:
If you are unsure of your sleeve length, measure from the centre back of the collar, across the shoulder and down to where you want the sleeve cuff to reach.

Walker & Gunn shirts:

BREAST POCKET

All WALKER & GUNN shirts come with a breast pocket as standard (on the left). We believe that it is essential for all high quality shirts to have this practical feature.

RETURNS

WALKER & GUNN shirts are quality checked at every stage, from the first cut of the finest two-fold cotton, right through to when it is despatched. If, for whatever reason, any WALKER & GUNN item does not meet your expectations, we will exchange or refund as required, provided the goods are returned unworn within 14 days of receipt.
We regret that goods cannot be returned from countries outside the UK, other than by special arrangement.

Shoe Returns:

If our John White, Jeffery West, Celtic Legend or Anatomic Gel comfort shoes do not meet your expectations, they can be refunded or exchanged if the leather uppers and soles have not been marked in any way and are returned in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We suggest you try your John White, Jeffery West, Celtic Legend and Anatomic Gel comfort shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching.
Should you find the goods unsuitable (wrong size or colour for example), a full refund will be offered. However, you will be obliged to pay the cost of the return shipping. We will endeavour to advise and hopefully provide you with a suitable replacement.
We regret that goods cannot be returned from countries outside the UK, other than by special arrangement.

We (WALKER & GUNN) recognise a contract to exist between the customer and WALKER & GUNN once an order has been accepted by us, full payment received (including any postage & packaging) and the goods despatched.

WALKER & GUNN retain title of the goods until fully paid for.

For deliveries to non-EU destinations, WALKER & GUNN will not be held liable for any possible fees arising from customs or import duties levied on the goods despatched.

We make every effort on this site to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost or stolen credit/debit card.
